Conference Dinner

Tickets to the Conference Dinner are not included in the above Registration Fees and are at an additional cost. Tickets for the Conference Dinner are available for a price of AUD120.00 per person

Alterations & Cancellations

Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations can be made by logging back into your registration via the website. To access your registration you will need to enter both your email address and Registration Reference Number supplied at the time of the original registration. If you encounter any difficulties with the above please email reception@icms.com.au For further information on the registration cancellation policy please refer to the Terms & Conditions page above.

Payment

Full payment MUST be received prior to the APCC 2018. Registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Accommodation cannot be confirmed until credit card details are received. Please note if your registration is made less than two weeks prior to the Conference the only payment option available is credit card. Payment can be made in the following ways:

All credit cards will incur a 1.5% service fee
(Visa, Mastercard & AMEX accepted)

  1. Cheque Payment

Please make cheque/bank draft Australian Dollars payable to “APCR Conf” and mail to the Conference Office. International delegates please note: Cheque payment must be received by way of an Australian drawee bank. On receipt of your payment, confirmation will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed.

  1. Electronic Funds Transfer

Please note that the Conference will accept payments via electronic funds transfer. The Conference bank details will be supplied on the invoice generated at the completion of your registration. Please include your reference number as a reference on the deposit and forward your remittance advice to the Conference Office.

APCC 2018 Registration Terms and Conditions

All cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Office.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to Friday, 22 June 2018 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of AUD275.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

Social Program Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after Friday, 22 June 2018 will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Hotels impose strict cancellation policies and may charge 100% cancellation fee after Friday, 20 July, 2018. Please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policies. The relevant hotel cancellation policy terms and conditions will apply and the cost will be borne by the delegate. The Conference Office cannot guarantee new bookings or amendments to existing bookings after Friday, 22 June 2018.
